1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using IDALL ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
IDALL is an AI-powered creative platform that serves as a facilitator and conductor connecting users to various AI design services, offering:
- High-quality image generation using FLUX AI models (Black Forest Labs)
- Video creation and editing through advanced AI models: MiniMax (Hailuo 2.3, Hailuo 02) and Google (Veo video generation with native audio)
- Photo transformation and enhancement via AI-powered editing tools (Nano Banana)
- Access to premium AI models with various styles and preferences
- Credit-based usage system across different subscription tiers
- Content management and generation history
Important: IDALL acts as a technological facilitator providing access to third-party AI services. We design and curate quality AI workflows but do not directly control the underlying AI generation algorithms.
3. User Accounts and Credits
To use IDALL's services, you must create an account. Upon registration, you receive 50 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased through our subscription plans.
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable under all circumstances
- Credits expire according to your subscription plan
- Credits are consumed regardless of user satisfaction with generation results
- Failed generations due to technical issues or AI model limitations still consume credits
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
Important: Credits are deducted immediately when you initiate a generation request, regardless of the final result quality or whether the generation meets your expectations. This policy applies to all generation types, including images, videos, and any AI-powered content creation.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use IDALL to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Create deepfakes or misleading content of real people without consent
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Spam, harass, or abuse other users
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access our AI models
- Use the service for commercial purposes without a commercial license
5. Content Ownership and Rights
You retain ownership of content you create using IDALL, subject to these terms:
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any input images
- Generated content must comply with our content policy
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our terms
- You grant us a limited license to store and process your content for service provision
6. Third-Party AI Services
IDALL integrates with multiple third-party AI providers to deliver diverse content generation capabilities:
- Black Forest Labs (BFL): FLUX Kontext Pro and FLUX Ultra models for high-quality image generation and editing with up to 4K resolution
- Google Gemini API:
- Gemini 3 Pro Preview: Advanced Smart AI image generation with intelligent reasoning
- Gemini 3 Pro Image: Ultra 4K image generation with exceptional quality
- Veo 3.1: Advanced video generation with native audio support and frame-specific generation capabilities up to 4K
- MiniMax: Hailuo 2.3 and Hailuo 02 video generation models for Text-to-Video, Image-to-Video, and Speech-to-Video content creation
- Nano Banana: Fast image editing and transformation models
- Supabase: Secure database, authentication, and storage infrastructure
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
- Vercel: Platform hosting and deployment services
Service Disclaimer: IDALL acts as a technological facilitator connecting users to these third-party AI services. Your use of these services through IDALL is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or output quality of these third-party AI models.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We use Supabase for secure data storage and authentication services.
8. Subscription and Billing
IDALL offers various subscription tiers with different credit allocations and features:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your account settings
- Billing is processed through Stripe
- Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle
8.1 No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Subscription Cancellation: No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods or unused credits when you cancel your subscription
- Partial Month Usage: Monthly subscriptions are not prorated if you cancel mid-cycle
- Annual Subscriptions: No partial refunds for yearly plans, regardless of usage or cancellation timing
- Credit Purchases: Credits and credit packages are non-refundable once purchased
- Plan Changes: Downgrading plans does not result in refunds for the difference in price
8.2 Quality and Satisfaction Disclaimer
No refunds based on content quality or user satisfaction. IDALL does not provide refunds for:
- Unsatisfactory AI generation results or content quality
- Generated content that does not match user expectations
- Failed generations or technical issues with third-party AI models
- User dissatisfaction with prompt interpretation or output style
- Model limitations or creative differences with generated content
User Responsibility: Users acknowledge that AI content generation results depend heavily on prompt quality, user settings, model selection, and inherent AI limitations. IDALL is not responsible for the subjective quality of generated content or whether it meets specific user requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability and Quality Disclaimer
9.1 Service Disclaimer
IDALL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We explicitly disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 AI Generation Quality
No Quality Guarantee: IDALL does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, appropriateness, or success of AI-generated content. Results may vary significantly based on:
- Third-party AI model performance and limitations
- Prompt complexity and specificity
- Server availability and processing capacity
- User's subscription tier and selected model
- Technical constraints of underlying AI algorithms
9.3 Facilitator Role
IDALL serves as a technological facilitator and design conductor, providing access to various AI services through curated workflows and user interfaces. We do not:
- Control the underlying AI algorithms or their outputs
- Guarantee specific results or generation success
- Take responsibility for third-party AI model performance
- Warrant the accuracy or appropriateness of generated content
9.4 Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDALL shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
- Unsatisfactory AI generation results or quality
- Failed generations or wasted credits
- Data loss or service interruptions
- Third-party AI service downtime or errors
- Commercial losses or missed opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you to IDALL in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. AI Generation Expectations and Technical Limitations
10.1 Generation Success Rates
AI content generation is inherently unpredictable. Users acknowledge and accept that:
- Not all generations will meet user expectations or requirements
- Some generations may fail completely due to technical limitations
- Generation quality varies between different AI models and providers
- Credits are consumed regardless of user satisfaction with results
10.2 Model-Specific Limitations
Each AI model has unique capabilities and constraints:
- FLUX Models: Optimized for specific styles and may not excel at all generation types
- Video Models: Limited duration, resolution, and motion capabilities
- Image Models: Vary in style accuracy, realism, and prompt interpretation
- Processing Time: Generation speed depends on model complexity and server load
10.3 User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Understanding each model's strengths and limitations before use
- Managing credit usage efficiently based on generation success rates
- Accepting that IDALL provides access to tools, not guaranteed outcomes
- Evaluating whether generated content meets their specific needs
11. Account Management and Subscription Control
11.1 Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- Access Continuity: You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- No Prorating: Subscription fees are not prorated or refunded for partial periods
- Credit Retention: Unused credits remain available until subscription expiry
- Automatic Downgrade: Your account automatically reverts to the Free tier after subscription expiration
- Stripe Cancellation: Your recurring Stripe subscription is immediately cancelled to prevent future charges
11.2 Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account at any time. You can initiate account deletion through your account settings. This action is permanent and irreversible.
11.3 What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your account, the following occurs immediately and permanently:
- Account Access: Immediate termination of all account access
- Generated Content: Permanent deletion of all images, videos, and creations
- Personal Data: Complete removal of profile information, preferences, and settings
- Credits: All remaining credits (used and unused) are forfeited without refund
- Subscription Cancellation: Active Stripe subscriptions are automatically and immediately cancelled
- Generation History: All generation records and bookmarks are permanently erased
- Support Tickets: Historical support requests remain for record-keeping but are anonymized
11.4 Subscription Cancellation During Account Deletion
Automatic Stripe Cancellation: When you delete your account:
- We automatically check for any active Stripe subscriptions associated with your account
- Active subscriptions are immediately cancelled at Stripe to prevent future charges
- You will not be billed for subsequent billing cycles
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period or any unused time
- This applies to all subscription tiers (HEART, BASIC, PRO, SUPER PRO)
11.5 Financial Implications of Account Deletion
Important Notice: Account deletion does not entitle you to any refunds:
- Unused credits are forfeited without compensation
- Partial subscription periods are not refunded
- Already-processed payments are final
- Generated content cannot be recovered after deletion
11.6 Data Recovery and Irreversibility
Critical Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible:
- No Recovery: Once deleted, your account and data cannot be restored
- No Grace Period: Deletion is immediate with no waiting period
- No Backup: IDALL does not maintain backups of deleted user data
- New Registration: If you wish to use IDALL again, you must create a new account with no credit transfers
Before deleting your account, we recommend:
- Export or download any content you wish to keep
- Cancel your subscription first if you want to avoid immediate deletion
- Confirm you understand all data will be permanently lost
- Consider contacting support if you have questions or concerns
12. Service-Initiated Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms:
- Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
- Abuse of the platform or other users
- Repeated generation of prohibited content
- Attempts to circumvent usage limits or payment systems
Upon service-initiated termination, your right to use IDALL ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited, and no refunds are provided. Active subscriptions will be cancelled, but already-processed payments are final.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or service notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
